Happy New Year from the SkyCiv Team! We hope you had a wonderful holiday with family and friends!

While many were taking well-deserved rest, some of our team members stayed busy working on new improvements for your return to the platform in the new year. From new calculators to expanded section libraries and design modules, we’ve lined up some practical updates for you to kickstart your projects in 2026.

Check out the updates below!

Section Builder Just Got Bigger

Our Section Builder module continues to grow. We’ve added Direct Strength Method (帝斯曼) factors for hat sections, expanding design support for AISI S100-16 and AS/NZS 4600. New supported sections include:

  • 美国人 (西马科, 克拉克·迪特里希, SSMA)

  • 澳洲人 (来实, 麦特罗尔, 斯特拉米特)

  • 新西兰 (金属工艺)

This means an even more ready-to-go and accurate design for cold-formed steel users.
