Importing / Exporting

SkyCiv allows you to import and export your geometries in various file formats.

Import In

CSV (comma separated values)

DXF (drawing exchange format)

Files imported in this way may need to be formatted in a certain way. DXF import accepts structures drawn as points and lines only.

For CSV, upload a CSV file of your nodes with the following format:

Column 1: Node Number

Column 2: X Position

Column 3: Y Position

Column 4: Z Position

Export In

STL (STereoLithography) (3D)
